Jotun VISIR PIGMENTED Primer UV is a high quality, Water Based wood primer that contains powerful fungicides against wood rotting fungi, and film fungicides to protect against surface moulds. Jotun Visir Pigmented Primer is pigmented with a natural wood colour, and is ideal for overpainting with opaque wood stains or solid paints. Jotun Visir Pigmented Primer binds loose wood fibres on bare timber, proving a good surface for further treatments such as Jotun Demidekk® Cleantech.

Jotun® Visir Pigmented Primer ™ contains added UV filters designed to protect your woodwork from sunlight and dangerous UV light.

Visir Pigmented Primer™ strengthens the surface of the timber, protects against mould and rot, and makes it water repellent, giving extended life and durability to the Jotun coatings system. Jotun Visir® Pigmented Primer is a water-borne product, which significantly extends the life and maintenance intervals of your new or aged (weathered) external woodwork.

Note: For pressure-treated (Tanalised®) timber, application in low temperatures, or for use in conjunction with a translucent top-coat, we recommend using Jotun Visir® Clear instead.
